Yes. The free demo on the homepage lets you pick a subject, write your answer, and reveal the real rule from the Flash Bar deck. No account is needed.

Create an account or sign in before checkout. Once payment is confirmed, everything in your plan unlocks automatically on your dashboard, and you receive an order confirmation by email along with a receipt from Stripe.

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. You can pay by card, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. Flash Bar never sees or stores your card details.

No. Every plan is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.

Federal and California distinctions are flagged separately where they diverge.

Yes. Flash Bar is built specifically for California. Rule statements include California distinctions alongside the majority and federal rules, and the essay approach guides follow California grading conventions and timing. Much of the substantive law is tested nationwide, so the outlines are also useful for law school coursework and other jurisdictions.
